**TIME OF DELIVERY: Special 4th class is $3.00 cost for the first book you order. Add thirty cents ($.30) for each additional book.
**PRIORITY MAIL: $5 for Faster Priority Mail (USA only). You may order up to ten (10) books to be shipped at priority mail for only $5. Add thirty cents ($0.30) for each additional book.
USA - Winter: Allow 2-3 weeks delivery. Spring thru Fall: Allow up to 4 weeks. Delivery averages 2-weeks stateside.
NON-USA DESTINATIONS - This book is only available in the USA. We do not export this book to other countries.
