GENERAL PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIMITED E-BOOKS
* The e-books with asterisk symbol (*) means the electronic book is printable, limited in copies to print yes, but we do allow you to at least print-out one copy of the book (approximately one copy each three years is permitted). Most publishers do not permit any printing of e-books. If the e-book does not have an asterisk symbol (*) the book is "locked" and can not be printed. Make sure your printer is operating properly and full of paper as you will only get one attempt to print the book to paper. Consider purchasing the physical paper version of the book if you are not familiar with electronic books. Also, make sure the vendor you are buying the book from specifically states the book can be printed to paper before you buy the book. We can't give refunds on e-books, only the vendor can.
Mail Order: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
**SELECT ONE SHIPPING METHOD ONLY: If you select Priority Mail shipping, do not fill in the Standard Shipping method line on the order form. You don't add the two together. Standard shipping is $4.00 cost for the first book you order. If you order 2-books or more, add $1 for each additional book.
*** USA - Allow 2-3 weeks delivery. Delivery averages 2-weeks stateside. Priority shipping in USA is $8 and may be shipped via the US Postal Service priority mail or by FedEx Ground service at our discretion. Please note: There are no rush orders or overnight deliveries available. **You may order up to 2-books to be shipped at priority mail rate for only $10. Add $2 for each additional book.
NON-USA DESTINATIONS - U.S. Postal Regulations stipulate up to 12-weeks delivery surface. It's often less time than that. Rule of thumb: Allow 6-12 weeks delivery. Air mail is 12-days! PRICES ARE US $ DOLLARS. After you place your order, we will contact you, as there is additional postage fees we must cover to mail to non-USA destinations.
